Support for Online Sales Processed by Digital River (1999-2009)

DISCUSSION
Until 2009, Cloanto online sales were processed by Digital River, who at the time was the largest online software distributor in the world. They also were the seller of the products, processing applicable sales taxes and VAT.
Cloanto never received any credit card information (not even partial numbers) or passwords related to orders processed by Digital River or other ecommerce providers.
We have been informed that Digital River ceased supporting its legacy customers between 2024 and 2025. As we strive to support our software and services in the long term, customers can refer directly to the support and contact links on the relevant product pages and sites.
